Listening To Plant Ancestries

Led by Anguezomo Nzé Mba Bikoro, this workshop explores memory, healing, and decolonial practice through the vibrations of plants and city architecture. Participants create simple sonic exercises, herbalist mappings, and collective soundscapes, engaging with ancestral knowledge and imagining new ways of connecting to place and history.

Building Invisible Bridges

In this workshop, participants reflect on the “connective tissue” of multicultural societies, exploring traditions and new ideas for creating invisible bridges between people and their environments. It offers a philosophy and practical craft of encounter, continuity, and dialogue.

Sound Archaeology of the Everyday

This deep listening workshop invites participants to explore the hidden language of everyday sounds. By tuning into the fabric of reality’s soundscape, they reflect on communication, time, and new ways of connecting beyond words.

Vladimir Bocharov is a Russian sound artist and composer whose work spans theater, performance, and installation. His practice explores space, temporality, and field recordings to create immersive sonic experiences.

Scent Memory

This fragrance workshop invites participants to explore scent as story. Through raw materials and finished perfumes, they engage memory and intuition while learning how fragrance travels across cultures and history.

Arabelle Sicardi is a writer and creative whose work explores beauty, community, and power. Author of The House of Beauty and founder of the incubator Perfumed Pages, they create cross-disciplinary projects centered on scent and storytelling.

The Art of Self

This workshop series uses creative expression as a pathway to self-discovery and emotional resilience. Through art-based practices, participants explore, express, and reflect on their emotions—building self-awareness, identity, and tools for stress management in a safe and inclusive space.

L’GANA Project is a Moroccan non-profit founded in 2025 by young psychologists committed to transforming mental health through art, psychology, and education. Their integrative approach reduces stigma, fosters resilience, and makes mental health resources accessible across communities.
